RANGE SALARY :RM5,000.00 – RM7,000.00 (Monthly payroll frequency)

Operation Hours: 24 HRS/7 DAYS
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Designation Level: Senior Executive 1 and above (Under Executive level, requiring relevant work experience).
Service Details:
1. Job Position(s) to be Filled: IT Senior Executive (Contract for Services) — Offered on a 6-month contract basis. Work performance and appraisal will be reviewed during the contract period to confirm employment or extend the contract.

3. Start Date: November 2026
4. Job Scope:
 Maintain and optimize core IT systems, local area networks (LAN/WAN), server infrastructure, and active directory services to ensure high availability.
 Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex hardware, network, and software troubleshooting beyond helpdesk scope.
 Implement system upgrades, software deployments, and migration projects while maintaining accurate IT inventory, licenses, and asset lifecycles.
5. Job Description (Daily/Weekly Work Tasks & Duties):
 Review server logs, backup completion status, firewall alerts, and critical system health dashboards to ensure seamless daily uptime.
 Configure laptops, access permissions, email accounts, and security profiles for new hires and exiting staff.
 Update network diagrams, IT standard operating procedures (SOPs), and asset tracking registries for newly issued or decommissioned equipment.
 Co-lead daily briefing meetings with the IT department to assign project milestones, track infrastructure upgrades, and align priorities with business leaders.
6. Qualification Requirements: Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
7. Other Requirements:
 Minimum of 5–6 years of working experience in a Senior Executive position or in the manufacturing industry.
 Good health condition.
 Able to lead a big team and handle heavy operations.
8. Working Area/Location: Samalaju, Bintulu.
